About KW-Wall Protect Profiles

Aluminum and stainless steel corner guards

For finished walls, KW-F is a retrofit corner guard with legs of 1-3/16" or 2" (30 or 50 mm), bonded with adhesive, in brushed stainless steel or titanium-finish aluminum. Stainless steel is the choice for food service and healthcare: it is grade 1.4301 (type 304) and resists chemicals and mechanical stress better than aluminum. KW-H, with a rounded edge for wallpaper and resilient wall coverings up to 1/16" (2 mm), and the two-part KW-J are installed together with the wall covering.

Tile edge trim for walls and backsplashes

KW-L, KW-O and KW-Q have a perforated leg that is bedded in the tile adhesive under the last row of tiles. KW-L has rounded corners, KW-O square corners; both come in anodized or polished aluminum and polished stainless steel, from 5/16" to 1/2" (8–12.5 mm). Pre-fabricated end caps (KW-M and KW-N for KW-L, KW-P for KW-O) finish corners and the end of a run. KW-Q is a backsplash trim with its own end caps (KW-R, KW-S, KW-T).

Aluminum baseboard and bendable corners

KW-C is a pre-fit baseboard for wood, laminate and carpet; the self-adhesive KW-D and KW-E go onto finished walls and also work as a low trim at floor-to-ceiling windows and terrace doors. KW-H and KW-I have a predetermined bending point, so they can be bent on site to the angle the wall actually has.
