In the US a ramp profile is usually called a floor reducer or reducer strip. Pick the floor covering, then check whether the floor is already down.

Pre-fit profiles go in while the floor is being laid: the anchoring leg sits under the covering, so the profile ends up flush and the fixing stays out of sight. Retrofit profiles are fitted over the joint of a floor that is already finished.

About KR-Ramp Profiles
Reducer heights and ADA-compliant ramps
KR reducers cover height differences from 1/8" to 7/8" (3–22 mm). For resilient floors there are KR-A, KR-B, KR-C and KR-J from 1/8" to 5/16" (3–8 mm), and the self-adhesive KR-D, which adapts to floors up to 11/16" (18 mm). The tile reducers KR-G, KR-H and KR-I come in 5/16" to 1/2" (8–12.5 mm); KR-H also steps tile down to carpet or resilient flooring. KR-E and KR-F are heavy-duty ramps for wood and laminate up to 9/16" and 7/8" (15 and 22 mm), KR-F also as a ready-made 90° exterior corner. KR-A, KR-B, KR-G, KR-H, KR-I and KR-J are ADA compliant.

KR reducers are designed for heavy use where wheeled carts run: retail floors, healthcare corridors, warehouses and back-of-house areas. They are made of aluminum, anodized in silver and, depending on the profile, in sand or bronze, black powder coat or natural aluminum; KR-H also comes in polished stainless steel.

How long are the bars?
Küberit profiles come in bars of 8' 2-1/2" (2.50 m), and the price of a profile is per bar. End caps, inserts and accessories are sold as listed on their product page.
What does shipping cost?
$89 flat rate on orders of $400 or more, shipped as full-length bars. On smaller orders, choose the $89 rate with bars cut to 95" (2,414 mm) at checkout.
Where do I find dimensions and installation details?
Product pages include the Küberit data sheet with dimensions and installation steps, and most profiles also have a 3D preview.
Is there a warranty?
Küberit profiles are covered for five years from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship, when installed as described in the data sheet.
